Blue Spruce Seeds

Blue Spruce (Picea pungens) is an evergreen conifer native to the Rocky Mountains. Its stiff pointed needles range from green to blue green, and mature trees usually develop a dense pyramidal form with pale brown cones.

Blue Spruce grows slowly to moderately and favours cool conditions with consistent moisture. It can struggle in hot summer climates or on dry exposed sites.
