Return policy

Seeds

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to return seed packets. Seed packets must be unopened and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, email us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping. After the returned packets arrive and are inspected, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

Acorns and scion wood cannot be returned because their viability can be affected by temperature, moisture, and time in transit. Live trees and nursery plants cannot be returned.

Live plant problems

Live plants are covered by our guarantee. Contact us promptly if a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, or if it fails during its first year.
