When your order arrives

We guarantee that trees and nursery plants will arrive alive and in healthy condition. Open the package promptly and contact us if a plant appears damaged, unusually dry, or otherwise unhealthy. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assess the problem.

During the first year

Establishment depends on planting, water, weather, soil, and protection from animals. Follow our planting and care guide and contact us if a plant is struggling.

If a tree or nursery plant does not survive its first year, email us with photos and a description of its planting site and care. When a plant appears to have received appropriate care, we may offer a replacement plant at a 50 per cent discount or a coupon worth 50 per cent of the original plant value.
