We have fresh Jerusalem artichoke tubers available for shipping inside Canada.  This is a white variety that produces round bright white tubers.    You get a handful of 5 tubers of assorted sizes in one pack.

The tubers of the Jerusalem artichoke are knobby, irregularly shaped, and resemble small, rough potatoes. They can vary in color from light brown to reddish-purple, depending on the variety. These tubers are rich in inulin, a type of carbohydrate that gives them a slightly sweet, nutty flavor when cooked. Jerusalem artichoke tubers grow underground and spread vigorously, allowing the plant to form dense colonies over time. Harvested in late fall after the first frost, the tubers can be eaten raw, roasted, or cooked like potatoes. Their hardy nature makes them an excellent food source in colder climates.
