Northern Spy Apple Tree

Northern Spy is an 1800s New York heirloom. Large round conical fruit with green yellow skin striped red; flesh is very firm fine grained juicy with rich sugar and acid balance. Late ripening in October and an excellent keeper through winter. Slow to bear on standard roots and susceptible to fire blight and scab.
