Tenah Black Currant

Tenah is a Dutch black currant with medium to large, sweet and tart berries in long clusters. The Estonian germplasm collection describes it as a productive midseason variety whose fruit is easy to harvest.

Its recorded habit is moderately vigorous and slightly spreading. A current grower also reports comparatively sweet fruit, though the berries still retain the acidity expected of black currants.
