Borage Seeds

Borage (Borago officinalis), also called Starflower, is a bristly Mediterranean herb with mildly sweet edible flowers. The flowers are usually blue, although pink and white forms also occur, and provide abundant nectar for bees.

Borage reseeds readily in suitable gardens. Its seed is also a source of gamma linolenic acid used in borage oil.
