Komatsuna Seeds

Komatsuna (Brassica rapa var. perviridis), also called Japanese Mustard Spinach, is a quick leafy crop with smooth dark green leaves, pale stems, and a mild, slightly sweet flavour. It has been cultivated in Japan since the Edo period and takes its name from the Komatsu area.

The tender leaves can be harvested young or mature and used fresh or cooked.
