Pork Chop Tomato Seeds

Pork Chop is a yellow beefsteak tomato bred by Brad Gates. The fruit ripens soft yellow with green to chartreuse streaks and can develop light anthocyanin shading on shoulders exposed to sun.

Its firm flesh has mild sweetness, low acidity, and a clean finish. The fruit has consistent shape and resists cracking better than many large yellow tomatoes.
