Pink Champagne Currant has attractive translucent pink berries with an excellent flavour. The berries ripen in mid to late summer, offering a milder, sweeter flavor compared to the sharper taste of red currants and the intense, earthy flavor of black currants. Pink Champagne currants are known for their unique balance, sweet enough to enjoy fresh from the bush, but with a subtle tartness that adds complexity to their flavor.
