highbush cranberry seeds drying. they’re so pink - a feature of how I like to prepare them by mashing the fruit a bit and letting them soak for several days to soften. The red in the fruit juice dyes the seeds bright pink. If you do this process quickly and clean the fruit off the same day, the seeds are more of a pale white.
