Black September Black Currant

Black September produces firm black berries with a sweet, aromatic flavour. It is described as a later ripening black currant, useful for fresh eating and preserves.

The shrub reaches about 3–5 feet tall. Plant in sun or light shade with well drained soil. It is self fertile.
