in my hand (bottom) is honeybee, the pollinator bushes interspersed in the aurora rows (aurora is above it, larger leaves). it's easy to identify the honeybee cultivar with the smaller leaves and fruit. honeybee fruit still tastes great, so you can mix them together when you pick, in fact if you grow several kinds that's a good way to do it, then you get a real blend of subtly different flavours and balance of sweet/tartness. I find that most of these cultivar haskaps have a similar flavour, the differences between them are more pronounced in the bush shape and leave size, size of the fruit and its flowering / fruiting period. So a good reason to grow a few cultivars is the same as with other fruits, some variety and also to extend them harvesting season.
