Bladdernut pods and seeds from a local arboretum

bladdernut is a large shrub that grows these larger lightweight pods with a few seeds inside. I was lucky enough to receive a bag of pods from a local arboretum so we're going to grow some of these unusual trees next spring, and I have enough to add some to our seed shop. just taking these photos the lightest breezed tried to scatter the pods, like a parachute
