Spring Snow is a mostly fruitless ornamental crabapple named for the mass of pure white flowers that covers its branches in spring. It was discovered at Parkside, Saskatchewan, in 1963.
Unlike most crabapples, Spring Snow produces little fruit, making it useful where the spring display is wanted without a heavy crop of small apples.
