Northern Bayberry (Myrica pensylvanica)

Northern Bayberry is a native shrub with aromatic blue berries. They can be made into candles and soap.

The leaves releases a spicy fragrance when brushed, and the plant can form a dense, wildlife friendly thicket. Grows well in full sun to partial shade.
