Gondwana Moon produces small round golden tomatoes with dark purple patches and streaks. The flesh is pale yellow, and the breeder describes a flavour that develops from tangy towards sweet and savoury as the fruit matures. Its compact dwarf plant reaches about 1 m.
Patrina Nuske Small bred it as part of her Gondwana series, beginning with crosses made in 2012. Indigo Rose was a pollen source for the series; the dark pigment becomes more pronounced with sun exposure.
