Dwarf Mr. Snow produces flattened ivory tomatoes with a pink blush at the blossom end. Its medium to medium large fruit has an intense flavour with a distinct tart note. The potato leaf dwarf plant is described by the Dwarf Tomato Project as prolific, with fruit ripening about 80 days from transplant.
The variety comes from the Sneezy family, originating with Patrina Nuske Small’s Golden Dwarf Champion and Green Giant cross. Craig LeHoullier selected it and named it for his friend A. C. Snow.
