Curly Willow is an ornamental willow selected for twisted branches and curled, narrow leaves. These plants may represent Tortuosa or Golden Curls. Young stems often turn yellow to gold in winter, making the contorted structure especially visible. This nursery material originated on the East Coast of Canada.
Curly Willow tolerates moist soil and periodic flooding but is best reserved for sheltered sites or warmer parts of Canada.
