White mulberry fruit in Manitoba

mulberry is rare in Manitoba, to date I've found just a few trees. this is Morus alba, the white mulberry. note the fruit can be white, but usually red/black. the var. tatarica I found were maybe 15-20 ft tall with the less common white fruit, and this one - a large healthy tree has small black fruit. the leaves are different from the white mulberry seedlings I have growing, something interesting to investigate
