Oak Summit Nursery · Southern Manitoba

Close view of a native currant in autumn, its lobed leaves turned orange-red and burgundy, with nursery beds and yellow aspens behind. A low, small-leaved shrub in deep red and gold in front of taller orange-red native currant bushes. Orange-red native currant bushes in autumn beside nursery growing beds. Close view of rounded, dark burgundy and red lobed leaves over wood chip mulch and grass. A native currant bush with leaves turning from green through orange to red at the edge of a nursery bed.
native currants and gooseberries showing fall color in a way that the cultivar black and red currants don't, these species are vigorous growing and well adapted for our climate and just good looking plants that should be in more landscapes
