Pineapple Weed, Wild Chamomile (Matricaria discoidea) - 500+ Seeds

Pineapple Weed (Matricaria discoidea), also called Wild Chamomile, is a low growing annual with edible leaves and flowers traditionally used fresh or dried for tea. Crushed foliage and flowers release a strong pineapple like scent.

Native to northeastern Asia and now naturalized across North America, plants form small mounds 4 to 12 inches tall. The yellow green cone shaped flower heads lack petals. Pineapple Weed tolerates compacted, dry, and disturbed soil and reseeds readily.
