NovaMac is a scab resistant McIntosh type apple from Nova Scotia. It bears medium round fruit flushed red over green, with crisp aromatic juicy flesh and classic Mac flavour. It ripens in early to mid September and carries the Vf gene for scab resistance, making it a Mac flavour choice for fewer spray programs.
