Brodtorp Black Currant

Brodtorp is a Scandinavian black currant valued for mild dessert flavor. Early ripening clusters of small black berries with lower musk than typical currants, good fresh and for jam with reduced sugar. Vigorous spreading bushes with good tolerance to powdery mildew and leaf spot; thrives in cold regions.
