Haskap - Boreal Beast (Lonicera caerulea 'Boreal Beast')

Cold hardy haskap bred at the University of Saskatchewan. Shrubs grow 5 to 6 feet tall with an upright form. Large blue berries ripen in late June to early July with a tart sweet flavour. Boreal Beast requires another haskap that will fower at the same time like as Boreal Beauty or Boreal Blizzard for pollination. Productive, easy to grow, and long lived, well suited for northern orchards and gardens.
