Glendale is a hardy, productive gooseberry with medium to large, golden green berries and slightly tart flavour. It fruits late in the season, with high yields and late ripening that extend the gooseberry harvest into late summer.
Glendale is relatively resistant to mildew and performs well in colder climates.
