Fushimi Pepper - Pepper Seeds - Heirloom Sweet Pepper - 10+ Seeds

Fushimi is a traditional sweet frying pepper associated with the Fushimi area of Kyoto, where this type has been grown since the Edo period. Its long, slender, thin walled fruit is harvested green for tempura, grilling, stir fry, and fresh cooking.

The peppers have no meaningful heat and can ripen red when left on the plant. Harvest begins in about 65 to 80 days depending on the stage.
