Favoritka is a Russian pear associated with breeding for the Ural region. It produces large fruit averaging about 200 grams, with greenish yellow skin and a dark pink blush. The flesh is described as buttery, sweet, and savoury, suited to fresh eating and preserving. Trees are productive but self sterile and require another compatible pear for pollination.
