there’a a great local non profit in Brandon MB @assiniboinefoodforest who does educational nature walks, native plant restoration, taps maple syrup and hosts all sorts of community events. I did a grafting workshop this spring. We held an annual general meeting last night @thegreenspotbdn who donated the space. Dave Barnes seen here holding up a snapping turtle for a group of kids. Happy to be on the board again for next year and help plan some events, like Seedy Sunday coming up in Feb.
