stacking crates, so far so good. it's humid in the root cellar, so small potted plants and shrink wrapped plugs should be fine through the winter, I've added layers of coffee sacks between the crates for a moisture buffer. maybe i should wet the works down before temps drop below freezing. from dec- march I'll hold the space at -1 to -3C (26F) by drawing in outside air before sunrise on a manual timer, a simple double vent system I installed last winter. half done today, 70 more crates to go
