Cilantro and Coriander Seeds

Cilantro and Coriander are two harvests from the same herb, Coriandrum sativum. Cilantro refers to the bright green leaves, which have a fresh citrus flavour with a hint of spice. Coriander refers to the round golden brown seed, which has a warm, nutty, slightly citrus flavour.

The species is native across parts of southern Europe, North Africa, and southwestern Asia.
