The most cold hardy grape, native to Canada and the US, used in the breeding parentage to produce many of the other popular cold hardy grape varieties in Canada.
Grows up to 50-60' (15-20m), long lived with small dark blue grapes, which are edible but not as large or tasty as a cultivar grape. Excellent for wildlife or for growing over a fence or trellis.
