Jerusalem Artichoke Seeds (Helianthus tuberosus, Sunchoke) - 15+ Seeds

Seeds for this perennial root vegetable, fast growing to over seven feet tall (2.5 meters). Flowers in October. Large leaves up to 12' (30 cm).
Grows delicious edible tubers that are elongated and uneven 3-4" (7-10cm), varied color from brown to white, sometimes purple.
Harvest the roots in the fall and leave some in the ground to grow for next season.
